Keeping A Happiness/ Success Journal

What if you started capturing the good things that are happening in your life. You can do it in a journal or a scrapbook or even a box. What if today you decided to look out for things to make you feel good, smile or empower you in some way.

Casting Your Own Spells

When you spell your happiness out, you cast a spell as you are telling your mind out of the 60,000 thoughts Ive had today, these are important and worth capturing. Overtime your mind will start to look for more of the same to add to it.

When you think about it, in our history its only been fairly recently that everyone has had the opportunity to learn to read and write. We can understand the codes of the written word. When you were a child your name had a sound and at school you learned to write. Your name now has a shape to it. It took on another dimension.

Magical Spellings

Debbie’s son has written a book about spelling when he was aged 9 3/4. Of course this is one thing is in her happiness/success journal. Have a look at his  ”Secret Spell To Spelling”

He also built the website and youtube channel with free videos teaching others how to spell words from the school curriculum. There are playlists of spellings from reception up to year 5/6 as well as some really long words for you to learn if you want to. All for free.

Your Challenge

Set a goal for 5 minutes twice this week to capture good things, then one year from now you will have at least 100 pieces of captured magic to look back on. Once the momentum takes over it becomes a positive addiction.

Go for coffee with a friend and brainstorm ideas. See your manual for even more inspiration.
